We want you to love your sustainable fashion pieces; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that all sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the product is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
