We are a 100% vegan and cruelty-free brand. Our linings are made from 100% recycled plastic bottles, and we utilize sustainable materials such as PU, PVC, and recycled nylons to create our signature high-quality vegan leather.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days within North America. International shipping times vary by location, usually ranging from 7 to 15 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused, unworn items with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that items marked as 'Final Sale' are not eligible for return or exchange.
Do you offer a warranty on your bags?
Yes, we offer a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. This covers hardware issues or stitching defects but does not cover normal wear and tear or accidental damage.

To maintain your item, wipe it down with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. We recommend storing your bag in its original dust bag when not in use to prevent color transfer and scratches.
